The beach between our venue and Lake Tahoe is part of CA State Parks and is open to the public, and you have the option for a portion of your ceremony to take place on the sand. Most beach goers are respectful of weddings and we set up fencing and signage to let the public know there will be an event.

We always have an option to move your entire ceremony and reception inside.

You bring in your own alcohol, soft drinks, mixers and garnish. All alcohol must be served by a certified bartender, with a current RBS card. You will also need to purchase an insurance policy, which we will send details for once you book. All professional caterers can provide a bartender. We comply with all state laws regarding alcohol.

County ordinances is that outside music must be off at 10 pm (last song at 9:45pm). All speakers & lights on terrace are turned off, with doors closed at 10 pm. Inside music is a hard stop at 11 pm (last song at 10:45pm).

We welcome your pets for your ceremony. Please have a plan for an offsite location after the ceremony. Only service animals can stay at the venue after the ceremony.

We do provide you with time before your event to come in to run through all of your AV options. We do not provide on site tech support during your event.

We do include the following AV options free of charge with your meeting rental, however we do not provide AV tech support during your meeting.

Snacks and prepared foods

  • You are welcome to bring in your own prepackaged snacks to your meeting. Prepared food can be delivered or picked up for your meeting. Disposables must be used and tables cleared by renter.

Catering Drop Off / Food Truck

  • A prepared meal can be dropped off by the restaurant of your choice, and disposables must be used. Examples of prepared meals can include pizza, salads, sandwiches etc.

    • 0-25 People $125
    • 25-50 people: $200
    • 50-100 people: $400
    • 100 + people: $600

Full Service Catering

  • Choose your caterer from one of these options.

Full Service includes staffing for set up, serving and cleaning.

You are welcome to choose the best fit for you!

All of our rooms can be divided into multiple rooms, and you can book as many rooms as you would like. 

  • Timberline can be divided in 2, and can include a separate hallway
  • Lakeview can be divided into 4 rooms
  • Evergreen can be divided into 2 rooms

We always have an option to move your entire event inside, we can pivot the layout of your event as quickly as the day of.
