REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The North Tahoe Public Utility District (District) is soliciting proposals for Event Catering and Alcohol Beverage Services.
The North Tahoe Public Utility District is interested in entering into a non-exclusive agreement with well‐qualified business entities to provide and operate an Event Catering for Food and Alcohol Beverage Service to the public renting the North Tahoe Event Center, Tahoe Vista Recreation Area, or the “Ramada” in the North Tahoe Regional Park where catered food and alcohol service has been permitted. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work in the complete Request for Proposals.
The NTPUD’s goals are to provide the public with the best and most satisfactory service from a Caterer and ensure that the District receives adequate and appropriate compensation from the Caterer allowed to operate on District property.
Materials submitted in response to this competitive procurement shall become the property of the District.

The submittal must be presented at the following address no later than 4:00 P.M. on Friday, August 27, 2021. Proposals submitted after that time will not be accepted.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE NORTH TAHOE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS, TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY IN A PROPOSAL, AND TO MAKE AWARDS AS NECESSARY FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD.
